Providing Holistic Care for families and individuals along CO’s Front Range
Sessions support nervous system regulation, allowing protective patterns to soften without force.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) focuses on creating conditions for autonomic restoration and resource by working with subtle physiological rhythms and the body’s innate healing mechanisms to release tension, restore balance, and heal.
Craniosacral therapy employs light manual contact to engage the nervous system, connective tissues, and subtle physiological rhythms.
BCST is often used as a supportive, complementary approach for conditions involving nervous system dissonance, stress, and recovery. It has proven to be helpful for individuals experiencing:

BCST is a gentle, restorative somatic therapy that regulates the nervous system and enhances the body’s natural healing ability by addressing imbalances in the craniosacral system.
-
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on session for the whole body. The client remains fully clothed and the practitioner's touch is light and still.
The session starts with a conversation about any health concerns, followed by a discussion of a brief health history and the intention for the session. During the session, the client is comfortably lying on a massage table and the therapist may start at the feet, head, or sacrum, depending on the client's needs. The therapist will work with any area of the body that needs attention, using the most comfortable approach for the client.
-
At the end of the session, you may experience:
A sense of calm and groundedness
Feeling settled and regulated
Emotional lightness and a spaciousness
Increased emotional awareness
A feeling of being “held” and supported
Deep relaxation/pleasant fatigue
Reduced physical tension and holding
A sense of openness, softness, or flow in the body
Changes in breathing patterns
Warmth, gentle movement, or subtle sensations
Mental clarity
Feeling more present and embodied
A sense of integration and coherence
Heightened interoceptive awareness
Needing extra rest or hydration
Temporary emotional release and processing
Shifts in symptoms as the system reorganizes
Experiences can unfold over hours or days as the nervous system continues to integrate the session.

I require 48 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, you will be charged for the appointment. Typically, I give one freebie to cancel under 48 hours without charge. Also, if I can reschedule you in the same week, I will not charge for the late canceled appointment.
Since I choose to work with populations that are prone to sickness or emergencies, please note that typically there are not exceptions to the 48 hour rule in emergency or sickness cases outside of the opportunities to not be charged that have already been named. This is to protect the viability of my practice and to allow me to continue to keep working with vulnerable populations.
